Over the years I have been repeatedly impressed Continental's diagnosing, work quality, communication, and costing. Doug and David (North location) have dealt fairly on labor costs in times of repairs and part failure not really of their own making. This is a straight up shop.

Doug, Mike and David were amazing! Clear communication and explanation of all the work that needs to be done urgently or what can be delayed. Brought three cars here for repair and had an amazing experience every time from getting an appointment right away to having continuous updates both regarding the work and any parts that were shipped. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who has a Mercedes vehicle in need of service or second option!

Fantastic costumer service

James and his team at the Continental south team are a great team to have service your Benz. I have always felt no question is too much for them and always provide honest service complete with pictures to back up their services. The first time I dealt with them they invited me down to show me what needed to be done first hand so I could see it for myself. This goes a long way to build trust with a customer. When I took my C350 back for its annual service this year, and they mentioned about a leaking boot and showed me the picture, I had no problem approving the work because of what experienced before. Furthermore, when I first picked up the car and serviced it, they went through the car fax with me to ensure I was not sold a bunch of work that was not needed. I thought I left a review already but can't find it so leaving another. I highly recommend Continental Auto Service. I've used the south location a few times now. James, Spencer, and Sam were excellent to deal with and Gary the mechanic does excellent work as I'm sure the others do as well. Top notch team that will keep you informed and your vehicle running and performing the way it should.

Great people

Continental auto was a real lifesaver for us. We were in Revelstoke BC heading east for an appointment in Manitoba, when a check engine icon appeared in our Sprinter motorhome. We found Continental on the web with its text line. Texted Doug Friday night; had an answer Saturday morning, and he saw us Monday morning, which fit perfectly with our travel plans. Problem with emission system was quickly diagnosed by technician Mike, but as it was warranty work, it had to be repaired at a Mercedes dealership. Doug spent ages on the phone trying to find a Calgary dealership which would (a) order the necessary part (for overnight delivery) based on his diagnosis and (b) make the repair the next day. Doug and Mike are rockstars, i brought them my mercedes benz 300ce and they told me exactly what needs to be done to get it 100%. They were transparent about everything and the work they did on my car was excellent. All my future Mercedes-Benzs will definitely be sent here for servicing!
