We had such a great experience with Continental Auto Services. We initially dealt with Sam but after he left, James took over and helped us with our vehicle. Our engine check light came on and we took our Mercedes to a couple of different shops, including the dealership. We were advised that we needed to replace the entire valve body, which was going to cost us a lot of money. James, however, took the time to look into the issue and thought of an alternative solution. This saved us more than half of what we were originally quoted!
It has now been a week since we picked up our vehicle and so far, we haven't had any problems. We really appreciate James' knowledge, honesty, and experience. You can tell that his 20+ years of experience working with Mercedes-Benz really makes a difference. He was also very warm, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the process.
We are so glad we found Continental Auto Services and would highly recommend them to anyone especially Mercedes owners. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, and we're happy to have found one! Thank you, James, for taking such good care of us and our vehicle!

So glad I found this automotive service centre specializing in Mercedes vehicles. The location is spotless in terms of cleanliness and presentation. The Team (shout out to James & Chris) are friendly, courteous and accommodating. More importantly the work done on my car was perfect, timely and affordable. In the past I have always worried when dropping my mint, low mileage collector cars off for service....but no longer!

They did an amazing job on my 2016 Mercedes GLE350d. The real surprise was what they charged me for the service. I picked up the vehicle and drove home it ran like a jack. I was like what a deal i got today!

Over the years I have been repeatedly impressed Continental's diagnosing, work quality, communication, and costing. Doug and David (North location) have dealt fairly on labor costs in times of repairs and part failure not really of their own making. This is a straight up shop.

Doug, Mike and David were amazing! Clear communication and explanation of all the work that needs to be done urgently or what can be delayed. Brought three cars here for repair and had an amazing experience every time from getting an appointment right away to having continuous updates both regarding the work and any parts that were shipped. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone who has a Mercedes vehicle in need of service or second option!
